Booking Process

c. The booking is confirmed once the user receives a confirmation email/message.
Payment Policy
a. Users agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the booking.
b. Payments are processed securely, and users must provide accurate payment information.
c. Payments will be made only in EUR. Other currencies used during the booking procedure are shown only for informative reasons.
Cancellation Policy
Each rate booked at the property, is subject to a Cancellation Policy. Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a penalty charge as detailed in the Cancellation Policy of the rate booked. The specific cancellation policy for each reservation is displayed during the reservation procedure. The company reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations under the circumstances where it appears that a customer has provided an invalid credit card, engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. In addition, the property also reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings if they do not adhere to its terms & conditions.
